Social worksby Nonvitcha
What the Association has achieved for the people of Grand-Popo and Sèmè-Podji: scholarships, computer rooms, health equipment, market sheds, life jackets. Every achievement and every amount comes from one of its own publications.
“There will be no more NONVITCHA celebration without social works”
What the Association has achieved
The six publications of March 2024 report, sector by sector and municipality by municipality, on the actions carried out since 2013. Nothing is added here to what they establish.
Education
Grand-Popo
- Seven students from Grand-Popo awarded scholarships from 2013 to 2017: enrolment fees of up to 400,000 FCFA and 20,000 FCFA in monthly support, from its own resources and with the financial backing of the Association Espoir Durable of France. All of them completed their studies.
- A computer room at the CEG of Grand-Popo, created in 2017 and equipped in 2018: thirteen computers, four UPS units, one multifunction laser printer, one ADSL router modem and two ceiling fans, in partnership with the Association Espoir Durable of France.
4 882 000 FCFA — cumulative amount paid to the seven scholarship students.

Grand-Popo
- A newborn resuscitation table handed over to the Grand-Popo health centre in July 2017, with the support of the ETISALAT Bénin Foundation of MOOV Bénin.
- A wheelchair made available to the health centre during the 97th edition, offered by a donor who wished to remain anonymous.
- Two thousand four hundred and thirty Nonvitcha masks out of a batch of six thousand eight hundred acquired from its own funds, handed out during the health crisis to BEPC and baccalaureate candidates of the 2019-2020 year in the municipality’s schools, as well as to the Town Hall.
8 439 000 FCFA — the publication writes « des actions sociales d’un montant de 8.439.000 FCFA […] en faveur des populations de la Commune de Grand-Popo » without saying whether this total covers this one sector.
Read the publicationThe publication devoted to health in the municipality of Sèmè-Podji carries, in the reference archive, the text of the one devoted to education, character for character. Nothing is therefore established for this sector in this municipality, and nothing is written here in its place.
Social affairs and women’s affairs

All the publications on its social works
The list is served by the reference archive: these are the sources for everything above, in the order the Association published them.
No publication is served for now
The Social actions section of the reference archive carries no publication to date. The achievements presented above remain those the Association has established; nothing is written here in the meantime.

A social programme, not a permanent scheme
- No figure is written on this page that a publication of the Association does not give: every amount refers back to the one that establishes it.
- The Association does not run a permanent mutual-aid fund. The expressions « caisse d’entraide », « fonds social » and « secours d’urgence » do not appear a single time in the 772 files of its website backup: its social works are a programme decided by the Federal Executive Bureau and carried out in phases.
- No permanent medical commission and no disbursement deadline are documented; these two promises, which this page used to display, have no source.
- The Association’s sections number 17 in the members’ reference archive, and not 36 as this page used to announce.
- A member or family in difficulty writes to the Federal Executive Bureau, or to their section’s office: this is the only attested channel.
